A forest mindfulness walk is a healing and connective practice that invites you to deepen your relationship with nature, yourself, and others. It is about opening your senses to the present moment- and recognizing that everything is filled with opportunity. Join us for a day that will begin with a thoughtful conversation with Rabbi Yossi over tea and coffee. Rabbi Yossi will speak set the mood with a talk about the maternity of the earth and the primal instinct of nature, and how through meditation and mindfulness, we can reconnect with love, risk in friendship, heal from hurt and inspire joy in ourselves and others. Side effects from the day might include a boosted immune system, reduced stress and a great night’s sleep.

Forest walk is suitable for all genders 18 years and up with xxxx ability. (skill level pending)
Registration is limited to a maximum of 20 people.
